Though JP Trees has accomplished much in less than two years, we have yet to develop a strategy for attaining goals. Seeing a need for this, one of JP Trees' newest members, Greg Andeck, jumped right in and developed a plan. It is still in the working stages, but we will have several more meetings to help us become better organized. Please see the attached document for a more detailed account of where we aim to go.

Also note that our next meeting will be on Monday, September 24, from 7-8:30 at June Bug Cafe. Please join us if you are interesting in getting more involved and perhaps coordinating one of the committees.
