Though it is still early in the life of JP Trees, we have branched out in various directions. We are working on several projects, with a few that we would like to see get off the ground. Below is a list of our current projects and (hopefully) future projects:

Ongoing Projects

- Policy: Researching and working with Boston Urban Forestry Coalition on creating a city-wide ordinance to protect existing trees on private property

- Setback Trees: Collaborating with Earthworks to plant 200-250 trees in Jamaica Plain front yards

- Outreach: Tabling, flyering, planting, and any other activity that involves being active in the community

- PR/Media: Getting articles published, posting our events, finding articles about JP Trees

- Youth: Working with interns at the HSTF to maintain the street trees on Centre Street
